Business Activity 04 · Commissioned Art
Original work, made for the space and story you bring us.
Not every SCube Global engagement concerns software. Commissioned Art is our studio practice — a deliberate space for original, client-directed visual work, produced for individuals, families, and businesses who want something made specifically for them.
Preface
Why this practice exists
A commission begins with a conversation, not a brief in the corporate sense: understanding the space the work will inhabit, the story or sentiment it should carry, and the medium best suited to it — whether that is acrylic on canvas, illustration, or a mixed-media piece. From there, our artists develop concept studies, agree scope and timeline with the client, and proceed through production with scheduled check-ins.
We hold Commissioned Art to a standard of craft rather than volume — each piece is treated as a singular work, priced and timelined on its own terms, and delivered with the documentation (materials, dimensions, provenance) that collectors and businesses expect. For corporate clients, commissioned pieces are frequently used to mark a milestone, furnish a new office, or serve as a considered gift; for individual clients, they are frequently personal or familial in nature.
Commissioned Art exists at SCube Global for a simple reason: a technology company can still believe that not everything of value should be produced at scale. It is a smaller part of our business, and intentionally so — but it is held to the same standard of care, transparency, and follow-through as everything else we deliver.
