1. Digital products & subscriptions (DIET, ApartApp)
DIET and ApartApp are currently in development and not yet available for purchase — only waitlist sign-up is offered, which does not involve any payment. Once these products launch, this section will set out the refund terms for subscriptions.
2. Physical goods (Alla Prima — Wall Decor Art & Art Supplies)
Shipping. Orders are typically processed within [X] business days of payment confirmation. Refund method. Because payment is collected by UPI rather than a card gateway, approved refunds are issued by direct bank transfer or UPI reversal to the account you paid from, once your bank details are confirmed. Refunds are typically processed within [X] business days of approval.
3. Commissioned Art
